Shocking **** of a business

I ordered from them on 26 July 2024. They promis delivery within 7 to 10 days. I had to beg for updates, they gave empty promises. They literally told me that the courier was collecting my order or 6 x chairs from the warehouse on Saturday 10th August. I have not received them, there is no further communication and they don't answer emails. The address on their website is bogus and what "legit" business doesn't give a telephone number.
