********** service and absolutely non-existent communication!

Don't waste your time on this organization! They don't live up to their own policies and standards. They state a 7-10 day wait for delivery, yet I've been waiting for 14 working days with absolutely no update. They equally state that they believe in keeping their customers fully informed, yet they've said absolutely nothing since confirming my order.

They express the following yet have disappeared since receiving my payment, they aren't even considerate or professional enough to give an update! "Occasionally, unexpected delays may occur due to factors such as supplier or stock issues, or courier service disruptions. In such instances, we will keep you informed and do our utmost to minimize any inconvenience"
