Poor

Me and my wife we bought an inverter about 3 weeks ago. However until this point we haven't received any response to say the order is been dispatched or anything from their side.To make things worse thier is no telecommunications in place to reach out to them for clarity.I have made peace with the fact that we have been ****med but wish to warn everyone that this is genuine ****m.
