Parcel not delivered

On the 02 of August I bought a hair dryer online from nu season. Until today it is not delivered. And they dont have a number where you can call them. I have send several emails they dont respond. I told them I want my money back. But they dont respond to me. I will never ever buy from them again. Very bad service.
