Nu Season...order never received

They are a bunch of s*****ers, I ordered a product in the 1st of August.. several e mails later and a **** tracking number ...they first told me to look at their delivery policy....10 days ...well today is the 24th August and no parcel yet...they should be pursued for the cr**ks they are. When I requested my money back they said they would charge a 15% admin fee...they should be closed down... Sickening that they are still in business... The last e mail now gives me a number for my query ...after confirming in previous e mails that it is close to being despatched...
