On the 24th July 2024. I decided to buy two 16inch bicycles for my kidz on Nu season website. The website seemed legit, however want was bizzare the website didnt have a phone number.The order was made with an Order number NU 2645. Their policy promise 10 days to recieve your delivery. It has since been more than days but no delivery, no update nothing. If you to call, you cannot because there no phone number. On the 8th of August I decided to go to the their physical address. To my surprise, they are not at the address shown on their website. There is no form of you contacting them either than a email address.In their emails they will give you excuses. If you want peace of mind don't buy anything from Nu Season.Read the reviews first. This is a ****mer company. DON'T BUY FROM NU SEASON!!!!. **** **** ****. Pathetic sies online shopping.
