Nu Season lack of communication. Poor delivery

Order a baby stroller on 21st July..according to their policy they keep you up to date about your order. If I go into my account my order shows unfulfilled.. I senrmt an e-mail for a contact number, but they do not respond. As a regular online shopper this is the worst company to order from as their delivery policy and communication skills is non existent. I would like to cancel my order. Even a order from Shein or Temu keep you updated about your order. And 7 days waiting period for delivery from Honeydew to Pretoria is ridiculous.
