Nu Season has landing me in hot water!

I placed an order on the 8th of August. I have been trying to track my order ever since. I haven't heard back from them yet. Does anyone know where they are based? I have a container waiting for the items I bought from them, I would go and collect from them if I knew where. Their website has been taken down. Could anyone please help with the information?
