Nu Season a ****

A month ago I purchased bar chairs from Nu season online, and two weeks later they still had not delivered. When they finally delivered they delivered badly wrapped items, not even boxed, and also incorrect and badly damaged items that looks old and used. Following this i had to bed them to collect the items or give me an addrees to drop the items. They blatantly refused to provide an address saying they do not have a drop off location (how so when your offices are here in Joburg). Eventually they collected the items, two weeks ago, and were silecne about my refund. I reached to them again via email and their response was again very doggy. They asked for my banking details so they can reverse the payment. Does a reversal not entails sending the money back to where it got paid from? Nonetheless i provided banking details, and was promised to get paid within four working days (not of the receipt of the items but of receipt of my banking details). Four days has long passed and im still fighting for my money. When you call their number it goes straight to voicemail, with a recorded mesage saying they are not able to take phone calls and that you need to reach them via email. At this point, i am made to believe that the owners of NU season is a ****.
