Nu Season ****

I bought a coffee table and a console on the 6July and they have been giving me the run around since! the promised delivery date was between 8 July and 11July, i emailed them to cancel the order on the15 since i didn't receive anything , courier guy confirmed they created the order but they failed to provide a parcel from them to collect, they keep telling me the order is on it's way , after I told them courier guy canceled the pick up as they cant provide a parcel to collect. I requested my refund and I have heard nothing since. Can someone please assist me with the process of ******** charges fio online ****s like Nu season , PATHETIC AND ********
