No order, No refund

The worst online shop I've ever purchased from, ordered gym equipment from them on the 5th of July and since that day I'v ever received any communication. 15days later i sent an email to follow up yet no response, on day 20 I sent another email they responded saying can they send an alternative since they dont have the one I ordered. I said no they should rather refund they promised they'll process the refund in 4 working days. Im on the 10th working day without any refund and zero communication. It's frustrating
