Mever trust this online shop

I have ordered on the 24 July after 12 days I did not hear anything back from them. Then they emailed me (after I email 80 times) that parcel was couriered. On the 20 Aug I received a parcel with items missing (out of stock promised a full refund) and a item that was not working. I requested a refund, they promised me a courier will collect the item from me the next day and refund will be done... Today is the 26Aug still no pick up and no reply to my emails.. Then when I wanted to open a case against them as payjustnow have there details I found out that they have closed there website and Facebook account.
