Did not supply the correct product

Did make a purchase from this company, had some problems receiving the item, after doing a review on hellopeter I got my goods, but the item that I received was not the item purchased, thy send a different item that is marked as a lesser price on there web pg. so I payed R379 for the item I wanted but received a different less expensive item marked for R249 on the web pg. the item does not look anything like the picture of the item I got.
