I purchased a product from them for my mothers birthday on the 11th of July, her birthday is on the 31st of July, leaving us with more than enough time for delivery. I started inquiring during this week regarding the delivery. I have sent numerous of mails with no response. They eventually responded that the item will be dispatched this week. Again I inquired about the delivery, again no response!!! I mailed them again and asked them to cancel the order as this will not reach me before my mothers birthday. Now all of a sudden they respond by telling me they will refund but deduct 15% from me. HOW DOES THIS WORK?????? They didn't fulfill their shipping and delivery promise so me, so why should need to adhere to their terms and conditions. I will never advise anyone to shop from them. Have never had such a bad shopping experience.
