Is not returning my deposit

I am out of the country for a bit and had my sister move me out of my flat end of November. My rental agent, Vanessa Kalis who is the owner of Nu Roof properties, made every excuse under the sun to not have.anyone present on my behalf for an outgoing inspection. I know there was nothing wrong with the flat and should not have lost any money from my deposit. She has since failed to inform me of the outgoing inspection she may have done on her own and has ignored every email and message I have sent requesting the.inspection and my deposit. It is over one month and I am still being ignored and I still have not received my deposit. I have reported her to the rental tribunal. I warn anyone to never use her as a rental agent as there is much more I can complain about too. It should not be so hard to even get one word from her and m TV deposit back.
