Wrong movie tickets

What a horrific experience at NuMetro Menlyn. I booked two tickets for Spectre 007. When I enquired what time it will be showing in the Extreme Scene cinema, I was told that it will be showing at 16:30. To my surprise, it was not even showing in the Extreme Scene cinema. I asked the gent that checks the ticket if it was in fact the correct movie due to the fact that there was a Star Wars poster on the wall. When we realized that it was in fact Star Wars and not the Movie we booked for in the first place it was too late. When informing the assistant MANAGER about what happened, her best response was that the ticket sales lady was confused. The least she could have done was to give us a refund, or at least a coupon to replace the tickets we lost due to the employees erros.
