WOW factor

I was at Nu Metro Canal Walk on Saturday & the service I received from Subosiso was just excellent customer service , I had my card ****** & Subosiso had to create another account & transfer all my details to the new card , while doing all that she could still give me service with a smile & still cared about my safety , now this is the WOW factor when it comes to customer excellence , Thank You Subosiso for your excellent service.
