Worst service that I've ever experienced at any cinema

<p>I felt like complaining about the service we received at Nu Metro (Menlyn Mall) on Tuesday 12 July, around 18h40, but with regret I remembered that there wasn't even any service.</p> <p>We arrived to the EMPTY Nu Metro at the time mentioned above... No one in sight, no one at the tills to buy movie tickets, no one at the Angel Berry stand, no one in the manager office, NO ONE! We then figured that we will use the Self-Service kiosks, one of the machines was wide open and not one of them was working. EVENTUALLY someone ended up behind the food and drinks counter, and everyone started falling in line (there was a lot of clients), one employee walked past me with a cup of coffee (probably on her war to her tea break??) and as I was asking for some (any) assistance, she just blatanlty ignored me until I was almost against her, she then just bombastically pointed in one direction and walked off again. I am deeply dissapointed in the "service" and will definitely never go to this cinema again. </p>
