Worst experience! Disappointed!

<p>Took my family to watch "Keeping up with the Kandasamys" which i have already watched before and they didnt. So the 7 of us decided to try the new ballito branch on Saturday 01.04.17. They had it showing in cinema2. It was such a disappointment as the picture was not set correctly along the y axis. The top portion of the movie was cut out. As we wer watching, characters faces, hair, etc was cut. I left the cinema to speak to the manager about this. He said that the technician set it that way and thats how they have been showing this movie all along. Then i told him even though as you can see it not correct, and he agreed. He said he will check up and get back to me. And i never could find him thereafter. We watched the entire movie this way and it was a real disappointment and a waste of R907! I would never go back there! </p>
