Worst Experience

They canceled my sons birthday party a day before the party, all the extras were not there and so called substituted, party packs they gave me was super sized t-shirts, a packet of Doritos and disposable wrist heating pad, a gaming voucher valid till December and they don’t even know if they will be open, this was for 8 year olds. They set me up infront of a movie house with people coming up and downstairs! The decorator used nu metro balloons and 10 or so Birthday masks. The food I ordered for the kids was not there, and was told that nu metro would not pay for food and movie tickets to compensate for last minute disappointments. I was told I would get my R1000 deposit back I got nothing, it’s been two weeks and still nothing owner keeps saying they have share holder issues but will sort out my payment but it’s on going! I can’t understand when the Wednesday before the party I asked all was ok they said yes only to tell me the day before the party they cancelling! It was disappointing, unprofessional costly as I know had to buy movie tickets and food and combos which came to 2500!
