Website problems, Call Centre, Social Media

Hi Guys<br> <br> I just booked 4 tickets for Star Wars at 14:00, the amount was deducted from my credit card, but I haven't received a notification on the confirmation of the booking. I've tried calling the contact centre to no avail - says number is unobtainable. I've left a tweet as well no reply. I've gone onto your FB page and see numerous other people having the same issue with the website as I'm having, with no reply from you guys. <br> <br> I've tried booking new sets but now the website won't accept my cards at all, or load the seating plan. I've tried submitting a complaint via the website, the form won't submit.<br> <br> Please will somebody let us know what is going on with your website, and why I can't get hold of the call centre, and why no one on social media responds to the various complaints?<br> <br> Thanks
