watch out for numetro

I went to numetro pavillion on the 27th june 2015. I bought 4 tickets for the 11pm show. We had vouchers from the numetro catalogue entitling us to 1 free upsize. When we get to the cashier . She says that the 1 free upsize is only gor kiddies combos. On the voucher it doesnot say that its for kiddies combos. I called the manageress on duty who was cindy. She said that it states in the booklet thst the upsize is only for kiddies combos. I then went and fetched the booklet and showed her. She had a look and then confirmed that it does not state that its only for kiddies combos. She told me that i should put a complaint. It was a bad experience that we had at numetro. I advise all patrons that they should be aware of numetros advertising. Numetro has misled me as a patron. My family was so upset that they did not want to be there. We spent our money on tickets and two combos which we didnt enjoy. I have my tickets with me. I will like the owners to compensate me for the money thay i spent and for the time,petrol and the embarresment that i had to go through. Im going to contact consumer watch if this matter is not dealt with urgently. The staff at pavillion are ***********.
