Waste of money

I arrived at nu metro on Sunday the 11th of Aug to watch lion King with my fiance and niece I purchased at the counter and as usual was asked for my ID number for the ABSA rewards. The female assisting did not tell me she selected 3D even tho there was a option for 2D and did not ask me which one I wanted. She then didn't tell me that the ABSA rewards only covered 1 ticked for discount because I didn't know she selected 3D movie. When I was finish placing my order she said the bill was R104 my fiance used my card then immediately we noticed that more money was deducted she then said sorry but the bill was R401 after the money was already taken. The manager came out and didn't apologize or anything and now I still had to purchase glasses as well. And standing and arguing with them about the horrible service only lead me to have no resolution and missing the first part of the movie. Because I have the absa rewards I watch movies only at nu metro at twice a month and never experienced service like that.. It cost me nearly double that was unexpected and not even the manager apologized. I will not be visiting a nu metro again and will be using sterkinkor infuture
