Waste of money

While buying popcorn and slush puppies before my movie starts at Nu Metro in Walmer Port Elizabeth mall, the cashier who helped on Tuesday night past 8, broke my debit card which I used to pay for my goods. I had that card for almost 2 years and planned on only replacing it in a few years when it would have expired because it was still in perfect condition. It's R50 to get a new card which is a lot for me for just a card and I told her she would have to refund me for breaking my card and she just laughed which just made me more furious. Needless to say I still have not received my R50 which I would not have needed to spend if it was not for her being wreckless with a customers property. I consider that awful customer service from such a well known company.
