Volume and Service

Menlyn, went with my grandkids(10 & 2yrs), was first time for the 2yr old. Service at snack counter was terrible. Popcorn was not fresh. Watched Moana 2, inside cinema was clean and neat. Volume was too high, so 2yr old was scared and had to carry him throughout the movie.
