VIP experience a total *******!!!

I paid R175 per person for a VIP experience. The only difference was that the cinema had reclining chairs and the chair itself was broken. No waiters no all carte menu. No special experience at all. I feel that this is day light *******. We were the 8nly two in the movie theatre. How do you justify this price?
