VERY DISSAPOINTED

Its been a while since my hubby and I have been to the movies after having a baby So we decided go to the Nu-metro in Pavillion mall Durban as we normally use Ster kinekor Before buying the tickets we were approached by one of the staff offering us a special where we can order a meal and have it inside the cenima while watching the movie

The meal took for hours Got delivered while the movie was on which was such a disturbance What we ordered was not even good, we order the tapas section 4 sckewered kebabs with pit bread sauce and nachos What we got was sckewered meat, very dry, no sauce, lays chips on the side and 4 tiny pieces of pita bread not even toasted as if it was defrosted and cut in tiny pieces I also ordered tea, which I had to ask again for and it came with less sugar and no milk

It was a waste of money If you having such an experience, it is suppose to be of quality so that people can return for more of that experience but as it being my first time I will not order food again from nu-metro

I was very heartbroken and disappointed with the experience and service
