very bad service and a bad attitude.

I checked on the internet to check if jungle book is playing and the age restriction. It said all ages. So i came came to the movies and booked the tickets for my daughters and when i wanted to go in to the movies the manager told me my children can't go in.i told him about the site that says all ages and he said he don't care I can do what I want but my children is not going in. I told him that I don't like his attitude and he walked away and said he dont care. I am very disappointed with nu metro canal walk. This is the first time I receive such bad service. I usually go to grand west movies and receive exceptional service there. Please sort this out as I am very unhappy.
