Unsatisfactory Service Experience

Hello,

I'm writing to express my profound disappointment with the service I received on the evening of March 16, 2024.

My experience at the front desk was far from pleasant. Additionally, the cinema itself was excessively dirty, with empty containers and popcorn littering the area.

Given this experience, I have no intention of returning here in the future.
