UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER

This weekend I requested to speak to the manager, with regards to the many scratch cards given out that were already scratched. After waiting a good while for the manager to arrive, I brought forwards my concern. However this manager with bad attitude decided to get upset with ,me asking me if I am calling his staff ******* and that he knows his staff are not. At no given time did I mention or imply his staff were ******* , I merely stated that the competition could be biased seeing that the cards are scratched , allowing the staff members to choose which colour scratch cards they were to hand out to whom. In my defence I then got upset and told him that he was dealing with the matter very unprofessionally and it was his job to address a customers concern. Paveez the manager then abruptly pointed to a machine and told me I can go lay my complaint at the machine after which he rudely walked away. I am extremely disappointed with Nu metro for appointing people who clearly lack managerial skill.
