Unmanageable Manager

I booked movie tickets to watch the Fifty Shades Freed, three weeks in advance. On mine and my friends arrival into the movie house, we noticed that two other women were occupying our seats. Refusing to move. I went to call the manager of the Cinema Complex and her attempts to get the women to move out of my seat were futile. On top of all of this I had missed the first 30 minutes of the movie and had to sit on the stairs to watch the rest. I feel that the situation was handled terribly, with no apology of any kind. Going to the movies is no cheap feat anymore having to spend a lot of money to sit on the floor.
