Uninformed staff all round/ Worse customer service

Unsatisfactory Service Experience Hello,

I'm writing to express my profound disappointment with the service I received on 25 April, 2024.

My experience at the front desk was far from pleasant at Canal Walk. The staff is uniformed and we were assisted by equality stupid Clientele recruitment/advertising staff. We wanted to use coupons that we received as is was expiring on the date, and we ended up paying where we should not have. When we asked the supervisor of Nu Metro for assistance, she shifted blame to the Clientele staff and didn't assume accountability or give us a refund, that we requested. We were late to our movie as we tried to sort this out and eventually didn't get metter resolved. No one knew what they were doing there. I would not recommend this Cinema at all in terms of customer service.
