unhygienic and filthy movie house Nu Metro V&A Waterfront

I was horribly shocked at the state of the movie house. There where popcorn boxes lying everywhere and coldrink holders and bottles left in the movie house. This is not the first time it has happened, previously when I went to watch a movie the movie house had not been cleaned and then eventually someone came. They started to clean 5 min just before the movie while people were sitting at their seats and we were asked to lift our feet so that they could clean – what shocking service. I took some photos and you will see how filthy the movie chairs are and the dirt on the ceiling from the air vents. I really feel this is bad management Nu Metro. I’m happy to pay your movie prices ,but I expect good service and a clean cinema.
