Unhelpful and neverminded

<p>I booked tickets online to watch FF8 this past Saturday,to find our seats have been double booked.When speaking to the manager,who had a "dont care " attitude we were unable to watch the movie.She simply said it was my error for booking the wrong date,without even looking at the ticket,which shows the 15th April 2017.She did not try to resolve the issue or assist in any way.By far my worst experience and will not be seeing a movie at N1 city anytime soon.</p>
