Unbelievably un user friendly website

We recently switched from Discovery Health to Momentum Health (and therefore from Vitality to Multiply), and are now entitled to Multiply discount at Nu Metro cinemas. The Nu Metro booking site is however so slow, un user friendly and buggy that I have not been able to make a single online booking so far.<br> <br> Previously, after struggling with the site, I just gave up and bought tickets over the counter, but there is a pre-screening of a film tonight and there is no way that we will get tickets if we wait until we get to the cinema. <br> <br> The site gives the following notice each time I try to book: (and I have been trying this in different ways for more than an hour now)<br> \Sorry
