Treated like a ********

today I went into numetro at the v&a waterfront and was the worst experience in my life as I was treated like a ******** by staff members .I went to one of your self service machine and was having difficulty using it and I asked one of your staff members if I would recieve a discount using my clicks club card or numetro club card for the 4dx movie,I was told if I use the system I wont be able to but if I used him then I would be able to get each ticket for R100 each ,I then agreed to it and was told I would get a ticket and a seat of my choice.before I could pay I was placed in my seat with my wife and then asked to pay which I did but when I asked for a ticket I was told they handed it in which at the time I thought was ok because he works for numetro only to find half way through the movie I am asked to leave the movie in an abrupt manner and produce my ticket,I was told that the women that called me out was the manageress so I explained the lady what had happen but was told to leave the cinema or point out the staff member I paid,I then explained the lady the manner in which she addressed me is unprofessional and for my safety I cannot point the staff member out but if I went to the office I would offer my help and still told the lady I will pay whatever I needed to as I was missing the movie and my wife was alone in the movie and we could disscuss it after the movie.I was told to go back in and watch the movie.before the movie could end a gentleman entered the movie and asked me to come outside for a word with him,I was told he is the area manager and he wants me to point out who I paid the money to,I told him I cannot point anyone out as its not safe to do so and I would be willing to talk to him in private which myself and wife was shown to not before the entire numetro customer's stopped to stair at us like we where *********.when I when to the office I was told that I must point out which staff member helped me and I must give a statement,I the man that firstly the manner I was addressed by him was very rude and also explained why I could not point out the staff member and the manner I was treated by the manageress.he only got more upset with me and told me I have choice to either give a statement or not ,and if I help him he would give me a meal voucher at a numetro at pavilion as im from durban and this is my first time in cape town,he wrote his name and number on a page and told to call him.I was shocked as he felt that after treating me like a ******** I was going to accept his offer,I declined the offer and took out R400 and told him I will pay for the movie and will never set foot back at this numetro,he then said its fine we must leave the office even though I offered to point out the staff member on a cctv footage but not in front of the staff member as I feared for my wife and I safety.he quickly declined and told to leave.the manager I spoke to was Andres Basson he is rude and has no customer ethics.im shocked and disgusted by the customer service.
