Trade Route Mall- Pathetic Service

<p>My family and I went to Trade Route mall on the 27/04/2017 to watch a movie. It took us over 30 minutes to book our movie tickets. The self service card machines had no signal, we tried over and over again. We were only assisted after WE approached the staff to assist us after they clearly could see something was wrong. People behind us were getting irritable as it took so long. So much for self service being quick and easy. We were then told to use the next machine, needless to say we needed to join the back of the queue AGAIN to try a different machine. After much frustration and R450+ for 5 tickets with 3D glasses we thought that our frustration was over. I immediatley registered a complaint on the keyboard atthe enatrance and I was approached by a guy to ask what am i doing!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>We bought our snacks ( 2x combos with two medium pop corns, 2 medium cokes and an astros) our pop corn was stale. Again i let it go...</p> <p> </p> <p>When the movie started the screen was extremely blur with the 3D glasses. I assumed that it was just the start of the movie. The movie was a terrible copy, the entire movie was blur and there was a line throughout the movie on the lefthand side of the screen at Trade Route mall. It was damaged and not attended to, I paid so much to watch KRAP. It was such a miserable experience from start to finish. I am disgusted, what a waste of our time and money. When we walked out all I wanted to do was leave, I have never been so annoyed in my life.
