Timed Out Booking - Charged

Once again I am let down by Nu Metro and their ********** website which is completely un-user friendly.<br> <br> I wanted to book for Star Wars 3D at the Waterfront - took my 30 minutes because the seating plans would not even load then when it did, I purchased only for the funds to be deducted off my account - but no ticket confirmation. The website error handling returned a box to say booking could not be made.<br> <br> It tried to the refresh my \user experience"but it just hangs.<br> <br> No call centre response - they are busy on social media however"
