TICKETS PAID FOR BUT BOOKING NOT CONFIRMED

<p>I purchased tickets online for 16th December at 20:15 at the 4DX cinema. The total was R700 and I paid via my cheque card.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I made the purchase, I received an SMS immediately telling me that the money has been deducted from my account, but the Nu Metro website gave me an error message. When I tried again I received another error message.</p> <p> </p> <p>I immediately sent an email to their help desk and they called me the next day to confirm some details. The lady I spoke to told me that payment has been received and that she would send me confirmation shortly. It's been more than 24 hours and I still havent received any confirmation that my tickets have been reserved.</p> <p> </p> <p>Their website doesn't work properly and neither do their staff members. This is really pathetic service</p>
