Theft of money

Disgusted in Nu Metro Woodlands. They took our money via the machine which displayed an "error", when requesting assistance from 3 different employees we were told to re-do the transaction at the till. We have on numerous occassations provide NuMetrol with proof of the double deduction from our Bank account but they refuse to refund us and instead have sent us on a wild goose chase. This is ********* and ********, discusting service!
