Theft and lies

Good Day

This Now the second time I've swiped both my clicks club card and Nu metro card at a Nu metro cinema and have not received my points for my Nu metro card, when i approach the same manager who told me that i must swipe it and my points will appear with in 24 hours he tells me he cant help me because i don't have the tickets and yet he was the one who told me that i should swipe both and i will receive my points in 24 hours.

the first incident took place at the glen in 2016 and the second time was march this year at trade route mall.

if this is how you guys treat and rob clients i will definitely notify my family and friends about this and stop my wife and my in laws from going to Nu metro cinemas as this is unacceptable.

another thing is the fact that when ever a good/long awaited movie comes out it is always in the scene VIP which sometimes is expensive for us as we don't receive the points we are promised either.

please could i urgently receive feedback in this regards ASAP.
