The show is over when the show is over

<p>I went to see the 20h00 show at your Bedford Centre Cinemas. My experience with your staff was excellent and the fact that all the cinemas have been converted to VIP is excellent! You managed to provide a relaxing environment to watch movies. Just 2 negatives though:</p> <p> </p> <p>1) I appreciate the fact that you have staff members relying on public transport late at night to get home, but then they should not switch the air conditioning off when they leave. The last 45 minutes became very stuffy and hot in the cinema</p> <p> </p> <p>2) I became thirsty and wanted to get another drink about 30 minutes before the movie ended (because it got hot and stuffy) but was informed that the refreshments counters closed already. It would have been great if there was only one person to still sell refreshments. If that cannot be done, how about having a vending machine so I can buy snacks or drinks?</p>
