Thanks for Spoiling my Twins Birthday

To whom it may concern<br> <br> Firstly I must say your company are bunch of Ass holes who have no regard for the feelings your patrons. Today was my twins birthday and to surprise them I booked online tickets to watch the new Avengers movie as they are Huge fans. Your Webpage booked my tickets and there was no warning to say that this movie had an Age restriction and no patrons will be allowed in if not 10 years of age. <br> <br> So I drove 100kms to Clearwater Mall with my excited kids, redeemed my tickets, purchased my popcorn and just as I was about to enter I was turned away, and your staff insisted that I will not allowed in. <br> <br> My argument to them and you was when I booked online no message warned me of the Age restriction, also I drove almost 100kms, wasted my precious time and money only to be turned away and drive home with 2 crying boys. My tickets were refunded but that is not what matters, it was Twins birthday and I made a promise to them and you guys messed it up on their birthday. for this I will make it my priority for the next year to make sure every person I know is aware of what a pathetic company Nu Metro is.<br> <br> Your company needs to catch a big wake up.
