TERRIBLE service with a price tag

Booking movie tickets online is meant to make the experience all the more easier. One would think that with the INCREDIBLY EXPENSIVE prices attached to the experience the quality of service would be TOPNOTCH VIP based. Numetro DOES NOT know of quality service. My partner and I booked to watch a 4D full experience package but ended up waiting in the queue for an hour and missing half of the movie. Only one lady at the snack bar serving a CROWD of people. PATHETIC SERVICE. I will NOT recommend this experience to anyone or support Numetro again.
