TERRIBLE SERVICE at The Glen Nu Metro

Me and My husband went to watch a movie on 06/08/2016 at Nu Metro The Glen. We went to buy tickets and Nathi N Malinga was assisting us, i clearly inidicated that me and my husband have different loyalty cards. I have a loyalty card for Momentum Multiply and My Husband has one at Clicks. He KEPT asking me why i didnt add my husband on the card and i politely said that i feel interrogated but he kept on going and his manager was there but she did nothing not even to apologise. I was getting ANGRY and his manager saw that and tapped Nathi on his hand to stop.

Firstly he doesn't have a RIGHT to make me feel uncomfortable with hundred questions, as if he is the one paying for my Multiply rewards programme. The worst part is that he even made a comment (So now he pays, referring to my husband) when it was time to pay and my husband paid.

This is horrible service and i dont expect it from a big company such as Nu-Metro. Nathi must be taught manners, he needs to be taught people s****s and i want a formal apology from him and the company.
