Terrible first experience of 4DX

<p>I made an online booking to watch Tarzan in 4D last night and booked seats F4 & F5, was initially impressed with the friendly lady assisting everyone and checking tickets (very sweet). The trouble started when my husband and walked in only to see we have to be separated by the aisle which looked like a meter in width. I went to the friendly lady who tried speaking to the respective people seated next to us as they walked in. Unfortunately though we couldnt sit together we could not even share the large popcorn and large coke that we bought (like we always do). I sat very uncomfortably next to a stranger and could not wait for the movie to end!</p> <p>Please nu-metro redesign your website to reflect an aisle to prevent the same from happening to others. </p>
