Terrible experience

i was extremely disappointed with your Emperor palace cinema. i took my family to watch the most anticipated movie of this decade: Avengers infinity war. when the credits started rolling your staff switched on the lights and started cleaning. as you may or may not know the post credit scenes are the most crucial part of the entire show for Marvel movies. it could not be watched due to the lights being on and your customers basically being chucked out of the theater. i went to your staff to complain, they don't even know what post and pre credits are. The manager also did not help. she wanted to rush me and take my details and get me to leave quickly. no apology no regret, no nothing. This is definitely not the movie experience i wanted for my sons first cinematic experience
