Terrible disappointing Service!!!

<p> On Saturday night the 27th August my friend and i went to the Nu Metro at the V&A mall.</p> <p> </p> <p>We stood in a long que to get tickets and when it was finally our turn to pay, the guy at the counter than moved to another que and started servicing them, he did not even communicate to us but left us totally standing there while he continued servicing other people who had not even qued up.</p> <p> </p> <p>When i spoke to another man in who was servicing the que to my left, he TOTALLY ignored me, he looked me in the face as i enquired about my que than looked away without a single word . I then went to the que that my teller guy had moved to and asked him if we should go join another que as he jjust left us there, he then upruptly said that he is now servicing people with cash, so when i asked why he did not addvise the people in the que so we can join other ques he just stared at me saying nothing. i again asked him, what should the people in the que do? the man he was servicing at the time had something to ruse to say regarding my enquiry with the teller which lead to another bad exchange of words. The teller reflected sero care or interest AT ALL.</p> <p> </p> <p>my friend and i were so shocked and disgusted at such service especially at V&A mall.</p> <p> </p> <p>Completely dissapointed at this Nu Metro.</p> <p> </p> <p>If this is how you treat your customers now, im definately going coming back or encouraging any of my friends to come back there.</p> <p> </p> <p>Wot worth the stress.</p>
