Terrible Customer Service

Had our movie interrupted by loadshedding while on holiday in KZN. Generators failed and the cinema refused to refund. Issued Re-admission vouchers and assured us that they could be redeemed at any Nu Metro. Upon returning home to Jhb we attempted to use vouchers at Hyde Park which is our closest Nu Metro. They refused to accept vouchers. Emailed Nu Metro full details and they write back asking which branch refused to accept.

Do they even read customer emails? We had to pay for a new booking to watch our movie. I'm still awaiting a response from someone @ Nu Metro who can read and interpret an email!
