Staff couldn't take charge of the situation

Last night myself and my family went and watched a movie at the Nu Metro cinema in Canal Walk . The movie started when a group of 4 guys walked into the cinema with alcohol , please bare in mind that this was a normal 2D movie where you cant even sneak a burger in but they were walking live with their alcohol into the cinema . The movie didn't even start yet and they started and they were being so rude and disruptive , so I got up and reported it to the staff , I proceeded to move back inside as they said they would come and have a look , no one showed . It was about 20 mins into the movie and I couldn't hear jack due to the noise they were making , the one guy even puked on the floor , my husband had asked them to keep quiet and it just continued .Myself , my family and 4 other people got up and walked out as it was getting so bad , we went out asked the manager for our money back and they then pressed the panic button for security . Security got there and I took them directly to the group of guys that were causing the whole commotion and even at that point they had their alcohol in their hands, I saw it . The security said that they cant remove them because they don't see them doing anything , like a group of people would walk out of the cinema for nothing ? My question is why must something first happen before someone does something, anything could have happened ? Rules are there for a reason they clearly broke the rules firstly by bringing alcohol in there . The staff did nothing to take control of the situation after it was reported twice by me and another lady . I had asked them to switch the lights on and stop the movie and evacuate those guys but no nothing was done . Yes they gave us comps but what about the refreshments we left behind and even the petrol money spent ? What about the other people that had to sit with them for the rest of the movie ? Staff along with the manager was *********** !
